We ship by fed ex and you will be provided information for all domestic and international shipping upon checkout. All of our packages are fully insured to give you peace of mind throughout the purchase process.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your timepiece we allow returns within 4 days upon arrival of your timepiece. We will provide a shipping label and shipping instructions. The watch must be in the same condition and working order and will undergo an inspection once the watch is returned. LVNwatchco has 3 business days to complete the inspection and issue the return of the timepiece.

Warranty

LVNwatchco provides a one-year warranty for all watches sold on our site. This excludes watches with a remaining factory warranty that exceeds one year at the time of purchase. The warranty begins when a bill of sale or receipt is issued for the purchase.

Every watch is inspected and photographed before shipment. LVNwatchco will determine whether the watch falls under the warranty program upon careful inspection to assess the cause of the issue.

Coverage

Our one-year warranty covers any issues that arise due to previous service or repair completed by LVNwatchco technicians. This warranty will not cover any problems that arise from misuse or improper treatment from the owner such as, water damage, shock damage caused by impact, or any mishandling that exceeds the limits of the watches’ intended use. Warranty will also be void if the watch case back was opened or serviced by a third-party during ownership.
