Shipping Information
LVNwatchco provides free, fully insured shipping throughout North America. Once we verify the payment, the package will be shipped and fully insured for the full purchase price of the watch. Upon delivery, a signature will be required by the recipient.
Shipping to LVNwatchco
LVNwatchco will send you an email with a printable pre-paid shipping label as well as proper instructions on how to properly package and ship your watch. It is important to follow these packaging instructions to ensure there is no damage caused to your watch throughout the shipping process.
Warranty
LVNwatchco provides a one-year warranty for all watches sold on our site. This excludes watches with a remaining factory warranty that exceeds one year at the time of purchase. The warranty begins when a bill of sale or receipt is issued for the purchase. Every watch is inspected and photographed before shipment. Qualifications for refund will be at the discretion of LVNwatchco after careful inspection upon the watches return.
Coverage
Our one-year warranty covers any issues that arise due to previous service or repair completed by LVNwatchco technicians. This warranty will not cover any problems that arise from misuse or improper treatment from the owner such as, water damage, shock damage caused by impact, or any mishandling that exceeds the limits of the watches’ intended use. Warranty will also be void if the watch case back was opened or serviced by a third-party during ownership.
Return Policy
All clients will receive a four-day return period after the sale of the watch. Upon confirmation, we will send you a shipping label to return the watch to our secure location. When received, the watch must be in the same condition as when it was purchased. LVNwatchco has three days to issue a full refund, which does not include shipping costs.
